Learning-to-Work Gap Review

Understand one work task before investing in a larger intervention.

Your situation

A work task is not being carried out as needed. We examine whether skills, workflow, authority, tools, incentives or access are getting in the way, and what evidence is still missing.

What you receive

A short decision brief within two working days after the session: required action, possible causes, missing evidence and a recommended next step.

How we work

Agree which task to examine, who can act on the findings and when a decision is needed.
Use one 60-minute working session to review the facts, constraints and possible explanations.
Receive a short, decision-ready brief - which may recommend no training.

Scope and limits

One task and a decision the sponsor can make. Excludes implementation and organisation-wide audits. The recommendation may be something other than training.
