Your situation

Learning is happening, but you cannot yet see a reliable path from participation to the work that matters.

You receive a one-page map identifying the main risk to applying learning, one reversible change, the person responsible and a date to check it.

Name one expected work action and its owner.
Map how people are expected to move from learning to the task and which conditions support that move.
Choose one small change and agree what you will observe to judge whether it helps.

One learning flow with an owner who can act on the findings. Excludes organisation-wide audits, platform selection and course development.
