You receive an 8–15 page report comparing observations, options and risks. We review it together in a decision workshop and recommend a next step.
How we work
- Agree which process and decision to examine, and what information can be used.
- Hold 3–8 focused sessions with the relevant people and working materials.
- Compare viable options in a decision workshop and document the next investment.
Scope and limits
One sponsor, accessible work evidence and the authority to act. Excludes implementation, platform procurement and individual employee assessment.
