Your situation
Your organisation has a task, a responsible owner and a decision to make. Before expanding a learning or AI initiative, you want to test whether the proposed change helps in practice.
What you receive
You receive a working part of the solution, records of the test and a decision to continue, change or stop. A limited set of learning materials and practice support is included when agreed in the scope.
How we work
- Agree one process, one group, a real task and what the test can establish.
- Design a change to practice or feedback with your team and try it in the working context.
- Review the observations with the owner and decide whether to expand, adapt, retest or stop.
Scope and limits
One controllable workflow, an owner and a safe opportunity to test a change. Excludes unlimited content production, an LMS migration and a custom software product.
