Action criteria

The participant recognises an exception, records sufficient context and hands over to the right owner without excess personal data. A subject expert must agree the criteria.

Practice sequence

Attempt first. Then concise support and rubric-based feedback. Retry, followed by a new case where the previous answer cannot simply be copied.

What we compare

Permitted de-identified samples before/after, work obstacles and support conditions. Attendance is not capability; a better learning sample is not business impact.

Decision and handover

Continue, change or stop from trial records. The owner receives agreed sources and independently runs the next case. No such pilot outcomes are claimed here: this is fictional.
