Service 02 — Architecture

Design a system where learning translates into action

Collaborative design of a learning-to-action system: formats, practice, roles, assessment, transfer conditions and technology — aligned with each other and with real work.

What we design

A system — not a program

A training program answers "what to learn." System architecture answers "how to organize conditions where learning translates into sustained behavioral change."

This is a different question — and a different level of design decision. It includes: who learns and in what context, what practices are built into the process, what happens after training, how feedback is structured, who is responsible for supporting transfer, how results are measured — and how the system's economics align with real ROI.

Architecture work is always conducted jointly with the client's team. The goal is not just to create a document, but for the team to understand the system's logic and be able to sustain it.

Includes

Learning architecture

Sequence, formats, modular structure, completion conditions.

Includes

Practice & transfer design

How practice is structured, what happens between sessions, how transfer to the work context is supported.

Includes

Assessment & evidence

What and how is measured, how results are proven — not through completion rate, but through behavioral change.

Includes

Roles & technology

Who is responsible for what within the system, what tools are needed and how they integrate into the workflow.

Describe the task

What needs to be designed, for what audience, what outcomes are critical. No need to be precise — we'll figure it out together.
