Service 01 — Diagnostics
Structural analysis of where and why learning doesn't translate into action. Result: a gap map and grounded hypotheses for the next step.
Why this matters
Organizations where "learning doesn't work" have usually already tried solutions: a new provider, a new platform, gamification, more content, shorter courses. None of them were based on understanding where exactly the gap is.
Diagnostics is not a compliance audit or a content quality review. It's structural analysis: why people who completed training and formally know what to do — aren't doing it in real work.
The answer almost never lies in the content. It lies in the architecture: sequence, roles, feedback, transfer conditions, load, economics, and alignment with the actual workflow.
Process
We start with understanding: what's happening, what's been tried, what's considered a problem — and what the real problem is. Often these are different things.
We examine the existing learning system as a whole: materials, formats, metrics, roles, infrastructure, workflow before and after training. Interviews with L&D leads, managers, participants.
Where the system loses connection between learning and action. What's missing: practice, feedback, transfer conditions, workplace support, correct metrics, accountability.
Structured document: gap map, hypotheses about the nature of each gap, priorities by impact and feasibility, recommendations for the next step.
Discussion of the report with key client stakeholders. Q&A, priority discussion, defining the next step — regardless of whether we continue working together.
What you get
Diagnostic report — a structured document that stays with you. It describes the system as it is, a gap map and grounded hypotheses about the nature of each gap.
Prioritized change list — what to change first, what can wait, what doesn't make sense to change without changing something else.
Recommended next step — a specific, realistic and grounded proposal for moving forward, regardless of whether we continue working together.
Diagnostics is a standalone product. Its result can be used with any partner or internally. No obligation to continue working together.
