Format — Practice Programs
Cohort-based programs for teams — not lectures, not motivational trainings. Structured cycles of practice, reflection, and behavioral change in real work context.
What makes this different
Most corporate programs work like this: a facilitator transfers knowledge, participants take notes, pass a test. Three weeks later, little remains.
Practice Programs work differently. Each session is built around a specific practical task that participants carry out in their actual work between sessions. We don't add another activity to the calendar — we embed practice into what's already happening.
Reflection isn't an optional activity at the end — it's a structural part of each cycle. It helps participants notice their own patterns, adapt their practice, and sustain changes.
Program structure
We understand the team's real situation: what works, what creates friction, what patterns get in the way. The program is adapted to the specific organizational context.
Weekly cohort sessions (90 minutes). Minimal theory. Maximum: concrete exercises, working through real participant cases, group reflection. AI-supported facilitation where it strengthens the process.
Between meetings, participants carry out specific tasks in their real work. Not homework — integration of practice into actual context. Async support is available.
Regular reflection cycles: what changed in practice, what isn't working, what needs adapting. The final session locks in changes and creates a plan for maintaining practice.
Parameters
Duration: 4–8 weeks, depending on topic and depth of work.
Cohort size: 8–20 people. Fewer — group dynamics suffer. More — depth suffers.
Format: Weekly 90-minute sessions (remote or in-person) + async practice between them. Hybrid models possible.
Language: English, Russian — or mixed for international teams.
Measurement: We define behavioral success markers before the program begins. We assess not test scores but changes in real practices.
The goal of the program is not to "understand the topic" — it's to create a sustainable working practice. These are different tasks with different metrics.
